REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably within a branding agency or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and visuals.
  • Analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote client brands and increase their online presence.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative and marketing, to align social media efforts with overall brand strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand presence.
