Description:

Social Media Specialist will work closely with the Commercial Team to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan to increase hotel brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Specialist for the NT cluster you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • To act as a pro-active support function for all content generation across the cluster hotels.
  • Work with the Marketing Executive to ensure maximization of all campaigns and activities including online demand generation
  • Support the sales and commercial teams with development of content, collateral, presentations.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships and with key internal and external stakeholders ensure effectiveness of the marketing function
  • Work actively to develop a profile in the hospitality and broader NT community for the hotels and the brands.
  • Arrange hotel photography, videography in line with Hilton’s global photography standards
  • Organise hotel collateral in-line with Hilton’s global brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Ensure hotels compliance in using regional accredited suppliers including; designers, printers, photographers and liaison with Regional Marketing to ensure all accredited agencies receive latest corporate marketing guidelines
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace
  • Champion brand values and ensure the hotel adheres to brand and product standards as well as specific outlet style guides
  • Drive and lead the hotel’s social media channels including internal communications and content creation and postings.
  • Assist with hotel email marketing campaigns & monitor e-commerce activities of our Hotel and competitor hotels
  • Assist updating all brand websites, online travel agents, and third-party websites to ensure the content is up to date, engaging and appealing
  • Assist with developing & Implementing F&B marketing content and campaigns to increase covers and increase average check in the restaurant, bar and spa
  • Assist with developing and executing leisure campaigns to cover need periods throughout the year, using both traditional and new media channels to target key source markets
  • Assist with developing and executing seasonal GC&E campaigns in line with need months and special event periods
  • Understand the role you play in the financial and commercial success of the busines
