We are looking for an energetic Social Media Specialist to help us build and grow our media presence and become a likable link between departments helping them translate engineering “gobbledygook” into a human language to the external world!
What is the role about?
- Collaborating with other departments to create a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, target audience, and brand image.
- Creating and scheduling relevant content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. for optimal reach and engagement.
- Responding to comments and messages, and monitoring discussions related to the organization on social media platforms to foster a positive online community and to manage reputation.
- Tracking and analyzing social media metrics and performance, and creating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Collaborating with our partners’ marketing representatives to develop and execute social media campaigns or collaborations.
- Staying up to date regarding the latest social media trends, as well as conducting research on competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Supporting the team in maintaining effective internal communication and general digital marketing tasks.
You fit in with us, if…
- You are an expert in LinkedIn and can easily prove it with existing projects (‘a must have’).
- You have at least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position.
- You have a basic knowledge of graphic design tools and designing eye-catching images or videos. You are ready to dive into B2B marketing, even if it is sometimes more challenging than B2C.
- You can manage your workload independently and always deliver on time.
- You are brave in trying new solutions, naturally inquisitive, and have lots of ideas, that you are looking forward to putting into practice.
- You are business fluent in English and can come up with great taglines on the spot! Speaking German, or any other language is always a plus.
