In this position, reporting to Social Media & Digital Content Lead, you will develop, implement, and continually refine a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, aligned with the brand objectives.

• Prepare content for social media, adapting it for specific channels and collaborating with editorial and brand com teams
• Update of social media guidelines for internal and external partners
• Monitor user engagement and implement a strong community management strategy, consistent across all channels and in close collaboration with all internal stakeholders
• Understand our communities and respond promptly to comments and questions, fostering positive interactions
• Update of the Digital Asset Management platform
• Provide Support with Social Media reporting and analytics
• Stay up to date on new digital technologies and social media best practices, conducting research on content trends, adapting strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement
