Description:

SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

  • Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities.
  • Support and implement the social content strategy across Sigma brands.
  • Brand new offices at M-City Clayton; onsite parking & hybrid model

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the digital content working group to develop the strategy and roadmap for social channel marketing (paid and organic)
  • Build and maintain our presence across facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Use your social media skills to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and develop incredible product, health services, promotional and category content across the relevant social channels for the retail brands.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and reviews across social media channels.
  • Drive cross-team collaboration and a test-and-learn approach to deliver increased engagement, audience growth and efficient ROAS on all activity.
