Attuned Programmes Ireland is looking for highly motivated Social Care Support positions to join our teams.
We are currently recruiting for Full-time , Part-time and Ad-hoc positions for our service in Dublin. Our aim is to support and meet individuals where they are at, and to identify and navigate towards positive outcomes in a safe and respectful manner that takes account of their individual needs.
General Job Description:
The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated; they will already possess high levels of competence and will be able to demonstrate this through their qualification and some experience in meeting regulatory requirements, best practice standards and ultimately an understanding of the varied needs of each individual.
The role is to support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while helping them to develop the capacity and opportunity to grow.

Requirements:

  • Candidates for the Social Care Worker Must have a minimum QQI LEVEL 7 qualification in Social Care , Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy , Counselling/Psychotherapy , Addiction Counselling , Youth and Community , Social Science / Social Studies , Family Support , Teaching , Nursing Studies , Disability Studies , Applied Behavioural Anaylisis , Early Years Care ,
  • QQI level 8 in Psychology
  • Knowledge of Tusla National Standards in Children’s Residential Care.
  • Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing and planning skills.
  • This post is subject to Garda clearance.
  • A full driving licence is desirable.
  • Candidates must also have a deep commitment to each individuals rights and protection and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
