Responsibilities:

At EKFB (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s largest high speed rail projects: HS2.
We are looking for a Social Value Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based primarily from the Milton Keynes office, however regular travel to sites and compounds in the Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire will be required.
This role will support EKFB to achieve our mission to create a positive legacy to communities disrupted by the construction works. Fully supported by the Social Value Manager, you will become a key part on “delivering more than a railway” by engaging with different stakeholders to create positive outcomes.
In this role you can expect to identify social value opportunities within the local communities. We would need you to support the Social Value Manager to plan and deliver community investment and volunteering projects that benefit the communities affected by the construction works.
We need you to work alongside the team to track and analyse social value projects that we have completed. You’ll be coordinating with the construction teams, the supply chain, and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and reporting of social value outcomes. We would need your support with producing quarterly reports, monthly case studies, presentations and annual CSR report on our activities.
