Description:
- Possess at least a recognized Degree in Social Work
- Perform case management and counselling for our residents
- Able to plan and implement intervention programmes for our residents
- Conduct assessments for admission and discharge
- Prepare and adhere to timely submission of required reports
- Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- 4 days work-week, and include 1 weekend
- Willing to work in a residential setting
- An individual with at least 2 years of social work-related experience
