Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for leading the South Western Sydney Local Health District response for Safer Pathway (Safety Action Meetings) NSW Domestic & Family Violence Reforms in collaboration with relevant clinical services.
The position will collaborate with relevant SWSLHD workforce and key interagency partners to work in an integrated manner to reduce threats to adult and children victims of domestic and family violence and ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes that are consistent with SWSLHD policies and procedures, standards, relevant legislation, and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
The role has a strong focus on managing the Safety Action Meeting processes and includes provision and coordination of domestic violence related clinical supervision and workforce education.
The position is expected to provide leadership in quality activities, manage specific projects, and assist in human resource management and other relevant departmental administrative duties.
