Social Workers (MSWs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments and support systems to patients with psychosocial needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree Social Work
• Upon hire: Alaska Masters Social Worker License Or
• Upon hire: Alaska Clinical Social Worker License
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• 2 years Experience in acute care medial social work
• Must have experience with patient and family assessment and diverse populations to include the chronically ill, older adult and underserved populations.
