DESIGNATION : Social Worker

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in community or healthcare settings in Singapore

Our goal is to provide suitable intervention care for seniors. This is done with a team of trained social workers using a case management approach, monitoring and counselling services. As a Social Worker, you will be required to carry out casework and apply intervention strategies appropriately to improve the well-being of the client and support the families and caregivers in the community.
