Description:
- Making daily round with the medical team, meet new patients and share the treatment plan with the medical.
- Study social situation of the customer and record all information and data in the medical file.
- Guide and direct patients and their families and help them to adapt positivity with the disease and its effects.
- Conduct surveys to identify the positive and negative aspects of the services provided to the customers.
