Description:

Amentum is looking for a Soft Services Facilities Supervisor Role to join our Operations Team.
The Soft Services Facilities Supervisor is a position that will manage and supervise all soft services executed by third party suppliers. Generate processes, reports, walkthroughs, audits, and any additional administrative requirement as business operations needed.
This position requires a high level of customer service, communication skills, work under high pressure, suppliers’ management, high customer services oriented which should be capable to solve and provide solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent and related experience with customer services, facilities suppliers’ management.
  • Business Administration technician, diploma, degree or Maintenance, Civil, Industrial engineer student.
  • CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrate experience.
  • Power BI and Excel Software knowledge or similar database app.
  • Applicants to this position may requires at least 1 year of experience in facilities field.
  • C1+ English title or demonstrated experience.
  • Microsoft Office Package knowledge and demonstrated experience.
  • Soft Skill such as: Competitive, results oriented, organize, problem solving, customer services oriented, great communication skills.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.
  • Leadership skills (training, presentations, & teambuilding) and project management.
  • Organizational skills with the leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and interact with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel to effectively support a multi-discipline team environment.
  • Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • General management of the soft services department.
  • Attention and communication with System Owner CS, MFG, EHS.
  • Execution of clean room audits with SBM.
  • Execution of clean room audits with CS Intel.
  • Execution of clean room audits with MFG.
  • Execution of daily custodial cleaning walks.
  • Execution of biweekly landscaping walks.
  • Execution of weekly walks mechanical and HVAC rooms.
  • Execution of biweekly walks in support rooms.
  • Coordination and execution of minor maintenance of cafeteria screens and common areas.
  • Coordination and execution of biweekly fumigations in the cafeteria, sprung,rodi, offices, DHL, LTR and perimeter areas.
  • Coordination and execution of minor maintenance interlocuters and other pest control equipment.
  • Preparation and presentation of weekly meeting with CS System Owner clean room audit results.
  • Preparation and presentation of weekly meeting with EHS System Owner.
  • Preparation and presentation of weekly GWO’s meeting.
  • Development of AAR’s, registration and update of ILM system.
  • Control of waste programs including monitoring and compliance with daily and weekly collection schedules.
  • Feed the EHS Waste Management department database with reports, KPI’s, documentation.
  • Validation and update EHS waste management government and municipal permits.
  • Weekly inspections at of all collection centers ensuring the correct classification and management of waste.
  • PTP support and review.
  • General administrative support to the soft services department.
  • Coordination of change and removal of waste containers.
  • Creation and monitoring of work orders.
  • Quotations, PO, Invoicing follow up and suppliers’ completion.
  • Small projects management.
  • MFG Laundry Shop Management.
  • MFG Materials Handler Service management.
