Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

• Responsible for the design and delivery of SAP technical solutions.
• Quality review of all technical requirements in projects and change requests.
• Ensure technical delivery in projects and change requests are completed on time and with no defects.
• Interacting with the project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the client’s needs.

Team Management:

• Manage a global Application Managed Support outsource team to ensure that both in-house and outsource teams work efficiently together.
• Review and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
• Demo project/product release to key stakeholders
• Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure SAP development, authorization, and integration changes are timely addressed and delivered within expected SLAs.
• Ensure continuous improvements to the technology and processes through proactive review and optimization initiatives.
• Recommend and implement major improvements that have significant benefits to IT or the business.
• Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.

Industry Experience:
Automobile, Banking, Chemicals/Oleo chemicals, Logistics & Telecom, High-Tech, Paper Industry, Public Sector, Service Industry, Higher Education Learning (HER).

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum, of 16+ years of SAP Consulting experience.
• Experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments, including cloud services.
• Experience and knowledge in delivering projects under the Agile and Activate framework.
• Participate and be involved in all presale activities of all SAP deals.
• Document SAP processes, procedures, and plans, including changes, upgrades, and new services.
• Knowledge of SAP BASIS details.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure setup such as OS Folder setup, SICF Services, Firewall rule etc
• Expert knowledge in RFC, BAPI, iDOCs, SOAP, SFTP, PI/PO/CPI integration
• Expert knowledge of architecture standards and industry best practices in SAP development, Integration, and Portals.
