  About the job
  Reporting directly to the Software Engineering Manager You will be responsible for:
  Oversee software engineering development projects. This includes driving team iterations, coordinating sprint releases, managing project conflicts and adapting to dynamic business requirements to maintain peak operational performance.
  Enhancing engineering standards, expediting time to market and fostering the adoption of innovative technologies
  Engaging with senior business stakeholders, collaborating with team leads to address personnel issues and project hurdles. Conducting post-mortems and root cause analyses will be crucial in guiding teams to continuously refine their practices for optimal productivity.
  Offer guidance and assistance to product owners in navigating intra-team dynamics regarding priorities and scope. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and reporting project progress to management, including significant milestones and any factors impacting project cost or schedule.
  skills and experience required
  As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in firmware, middleware or Computer Vision. At least 3 years of experience in managing a team.
