• Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure cohesive integration of software components.
• Develop and implement Application software for battery management systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and safety.
• Design algorithms for Battery pack state estimation, balancing, and fault detection
• Develop test cases, test sequences and setup test benches for the integration and validation of HV eV sub-systems (Battery Pack/BMS, Thermal System, OBC, DCDC, VCU, Charge Controller etc)
• Work closely with hardware engineers, firmware developers, and other software engineers to achieve seamless integration of software solutions into battery systems. Maintain comprehensive documentation of software design, code, and testing procedures.
• Generate technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Implement and optimize communication protocols between battery management systems and other components in the overall system.
• Provide technical support to the Pack integrators for seamless commissioning and field issues debugging.
• Battery pack Data analysis for prognostic and diagnostic purposes.
