Software Architect - Java and AWS

SOGETI is looking for a Software Architect - Java and AWS to join our company.

• Develop and oversee the architecture of software systems.
• Design scalable, reliable, and secure software architectures.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to the development team.
• Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve software performance and user experience.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Good command in English is required, French would be an asset.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
