Responsible for evaluating clients’ business needs and translating functional requirements into technology solutions in their domain of expertise.
Ihre Aufgaben

Your tasks

• Supporting the local sales team in software and hardware projects
• Assessing customer needs, making offers for software and hardware solutions
• Takes care on site, at the customers, of retrieving MAC addresses, takes care for connecting the ethernet cable supplied by the customer and also for changing the default IP addresses of the equipment
• Supporting the timely and proper implementation of projects
• Coordinating purchases with the Hungarian sales team and the abroad software departments and collaborators
• Analyze the requirements, processes, and goals of the existing customer-specific in-house logistics structure
• Derivation of an adequate Kardex Remstar IT solution for the customer
• Preparation of corresponding mandatory specifications, of quotations and of presentations to the customer to support of our sales activities and the sales team
• Is in charge of specific project management (IT, software) and /or sub-project management for some customer project

Your profile

• Computer Science/Informatics/Engineering bachelor’s degree and professional IT and/SW experience (both hardware and software) in a similar role
• Solid knowledge/experience in object-oriented programming and with database management / design
• Experience and/or knowledge in consulting and realization of software solutions in warehouse / logistics (LVS, WMS, Mobility, ERP systems, networks) is advantageous
• Experience in offering costumer consultancy, in selling and/or in customer direct communication and negotiation
• Experience in project management in previous roles
• Ability to conduct price negotiations with customers and to negotiate prices with suppliers and to access the factory website
• Good written and oral communication skills (within the company, but also with customers and other partners)
• English – advanced level – minimum C1 level ( both written and spoken)
