  • Coordinate and perform in-house testing of software data conversions.
  • Collaborate with Product Development for new product development and existing product improvements, if requested.
  • Collaborate with Department Manager, as appropriate, to create and maintain training documentation, presentations, videos, product guides and online help system maintenance.
  • Recommend department process improvements, including developing best practices.
  • Work on special projects, as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or technical field from a reputable 4-year college/university. Applicable work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Team Player. At MRI our people work together. Our people work in formal and informal team settings to address our customers’ needs.

At MRI we’ll teach you how to work with database applications, how to write business reports using our software, how to manage business data using our technology, and other soft skills to enable your success.
  • Basic Affordable Housing/Accounting/Business Knowledge. Our customers use our software for accounting and for managing affordable housing real estate properties. Understanding the fundamentals of accounting, business, and/or affordable housing is fundamental to delivering the best results.
