Software Dev Engineer II, Amazon Learn

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

As a full-stack software development engineer, you will be owning the service E2E from design to implementation to deployment to . We use the latest AWS stack and industry standard programming languages including, but not limited to, Java, Scala, JavaScript, Python, React/React Native. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, takes pride in building high quality cloud services, and has a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering new features and products. They value collaboration, making data-driven decisions, and can comfortably communicate with others, in both technical and non-technical roles.
  Key job responsibilities
  An SDE-II on the Amazon Learn Admin Experience (LAX) team is expected to be an expert across various Amazon Learn systems and their interactions i.e., Assignments, Catalog, Transcript, Content, Search, Reporting, and A2Z Learn Hub. An SDE-II should have strong knowledge of Amazon Tools and Technologies, security standards, micro-service
  architecture, database design, and should be comfortable converting ambiguous problems into scalable designs.

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
