Our client’s tech team encompasses multiple disciplines, we are looking for someone who’s not afraid to cross collaborate and contribute in multiple areas – Data, Dev, potential within Dev-ops or even UX down the track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of data from a range of sources.
• Manage and safeguard the use of data across business systems.
• Integrate new sources of data into existing systems and processes.
• Assist the Data Engineering team in continuous improvements.
• Correct issues identified in data feeds and processes.
• Ensure software and solutions comply with business standards and policies.
• Accurate documentation of Data Engineering processes.
• Continually collaborate with leaders to develop and enhance the IT environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Worked previously in a collaborative environment and enjoyed knowledge sharing.
• Prior experience with multiple Databases including MySQL.
• You will need an eye for detail and process, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must have extensive PHP background.
• Automation of processes, especially data related processes.
• Version control with Git.
• Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.
• Experience/ competence within Linux CLI environments.
• Functional understanding of common data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, UTF-8).
• API integration experience.
• Strong communication skills will be key.
