Summary of the position: Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of modules or features of a product using modern technologies and Agile methodologies. Works according to specifications and project plans. Expected to provide knowledge in certain areas. As a member of a team of developers, responsible for actively participating in the full product lifecycle from design and development till maintenance. Core tasks include: provides application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation, testing and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Usually extends, modifies or adapts existing designs but may also be involved in the development of new (sub-)systems.
Main tasks and responsibilites:
Responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of specific product features in a development team meeting customer demands. Ability to analyze and solve issues in existing and new code. Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore demonstrates a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency. Takes part in Agile ceremonies within the Team.
Works closely together with other team members to ensure the team success. Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team. Has proficient overall product knowledge and shares domain expertise within team and the developer community.

Conditions of filling the post:

• Software development expertise

• Experience with Agile practices (XP in particular)

• Fluent Business English
• Familiar with one of the following languages: PHP, JavaScript, Scala, Java, Python, TypeScript – SAP: Programming Languages
• Open to learning new languages, techniques, and tools
• Familiar with OO, SOLID, TDD, CI/CD
• Ability to manage Customer Escalations
• Relationship and Trust Building
• Knowledge about Incident Solving Process
