We are seeking a highly skilled E2E Integration Tester with specialized knowledge in the ECM/EOC domain and a profound understanding of telecom customer use cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in troubleshooting, triaging issues, and a forward-thinking approach to automation, eliminating the need for manual testing
THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:
- Plan, design, and execute performance tests focused on dimensioning, stability, robustness, and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Identify and document performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Automate performance test cases to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
- Maintain and update existing automation scripts to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and tools.
- Monitor test execution in real-time and analyze test results to provide actionable insights.
- Use performance monitoring tools to capture system metrics and identify performance trends.
- Generate detailed performance test reports, highlighting key metrics and findings.
- Regularly update the dimensioning guide to reflect the latest performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure that dimensioning tools are current, effective, and aligned with project requirements.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of dimensioning tools and guidelines.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the performance testing process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough E2E integration testing, focusing on automation and leveraging ECM/EOC domain knowledge.
- Expertly troubleshoot and triage issues, providing detailed analysis and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify issues and verify fixes.
- Promote a culture of automation, thinking critically about how every process can be streamlined and improved.
- Support team members and collaborate effectively within the team to complete tasks.
- Communicate efficiently with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of technical details.
- Adapt to flexible working hours to meet project deadlines and support global teams.
- Utilize the Robot Framework for automating test cases and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and containerization technologies.
- Apply Python programming skills and knowledge of AI/ML, including Generative AI, to enhance testing strategies and outcomes.
- In-depth expertise in creating & maintaining product pipelines.
