Responsibilities:

  • Review business requirements and provide detailed estimates for the effort or resources needed to complete the solution.
  • Accountable for the creation and execution of technical design including review and approval.
  • Responsible for non-functional requirements (e.g. error handling, security, performance, etc.), participate in functional design and support the Business Analyst as required.
  • Perform unit testing on application being developed and code reviews for modules developed by peers or external developers.
  • Prepare and ensure implementation of change management process for a seamless transition between environments.
  • Support and maintain all in-country developed applications.
  • Research and coordinate with specialized project teams in on sourcing data for applications approved for development in-country.
  • Provide input to the technical aspect of the Solution Security Plans (SSP) process.
  • Strive to become well versed to current technologies used on projects that align to corporate strategies.
  • Identify and build reusable components across projects to ensure productivity improvement.
