This role is a contributor role with people management duties including growth, promotion, and salary management of a small, cross-functional team made up of 1-3 additional developers and 1 QA person.

IT’S EXPECTED YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Expertise in one or more of the following languages and their common frameworks: C#, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, PHP
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases
• Experience writing unit tests
• Knowledge of instrumentation techniques
• Experience building and working with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience giving and receiving code reviews, both live and written
