LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a developer who loves to challenge the status quo and promote innovation, action orientated and embraces change! Furthermore, other skills and experience that would be highly regarded include:

• Proficiency in building and maintaining applications using .NET/C# and AWS (Lambdas/Fargate etc)
• Experience in developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and its implementation in a .NET environment
• Experience with Version Control and CI/CD tools such as Git
• Knowledge in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and experience in API development and integration
• Experience in testing methodologies (Unit, Integration, E2E) for full stack development
• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively

The Software Developer is the backbone of our technology and engineering teams here in our nib Travel team. You will work in a highly collaborative environment to assist with the maintenance and support of our applications. You will also:

• Work in cross-functional teams to participate in the designs of applications and implementation of these designs
• Ensure continuous delivery of business services and monitoring of IT systems performance, availability and capacity
• Provide a traveller focused IT service which enables our business to meet and exceed its objectives
• Demonstrate well-rounded interpersonal oral and written communication skills with ability to build strong relationships
• Be self-motivated, passionate, able to make sound decisions, flexible to changing priorities
