JOB DESCRIPTION:

IPKeys Power Partners , now a part of Parsons , has a unique growth opportunity for Software Developers with experience in the .NET platform that have proximity to our Dallas facility.
IPKeys Cyber Partners is an innovative software company focused on keeping energy, utilities and public safety sectors moving forward during times of crisis. Simply put, our mission is securing the grid.
The current state of regular cybersecurity Utility Grid vulnerabilities and events that include ransomware has placed significant demand for our SigmaFlow product solution.
We have an opportunity for a Senior Software Developer – Virtual office environment with the base office in Dallas/Plano, TX.

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree with typically 10+ years of related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain code in the following disciplines at a minimum: C#, ASP .NET, .NET Core, JavaScript
  • Front-end and back-end software development on Windows OS
  • Solid understanding of database concepts
  • What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective ability to communicate complex ideas/concepts.
  • Experience working within an Agile development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new features, back-end modules, web pages, APIs to augment our existing product.
  • Troubleshoot software issues with some assistance from our product experts in the beginning.
  • Be able to recommend improvements to our existing product as necessary
  • Ability to create good test cases to ensure quality of the code being produced/delivered
  • Be able to report on your progress seamlessly to your immediate supervisorWork in a very highly collaborative atmosphere, adhering to the team’s best practices.
