MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and 1-3 years of equivalent work experience in IT.
• Relevant work experience with agile methodologies, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous process improvement, application development, unit testing, defect fixing, and production support
• Experience participating in the full development lifecycle (design, develop, integrate, test, prototype) including development of backend and/or frontend components, APIs, or web applications.
• Exposure to complex and integrated environments is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Stack with technologies and frameworks like .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, JQuery, Angular 12 and up, HTML, CSS, XUnit, NUnit, Entity Framework, TDD, Redis Cache, Git.
• Demonstrated growth mindset.
• Holds Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner, or commitment to take the course and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work.

• Performs agile software development activities as part of the team.
• Performs activities in the DevOps lifecycle including creating builds and performing testing.
• Participates in team activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, team retrospectives, program increment planning.
• Troubleshoots performance, reliability, and stability issues.
• Utilizes tools such as Visual Studio for code development, testing and code review.
