As a Senior Developer Quality Assurance you will be responsible for:

• Owning quality engineering tasks; and delivers while mentoring and helping team members.
• Making technology choices at individual level and analyse its impact.
• Applying Software Development Life Cycle principles and methodologies.
• Documenting practices, coding standards, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
• Integrating project testing with a continuous-integration process.
• Working with fellow team members to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions.
• Providing expertise in the quality engineering, test planning and testing methodology for a software project.
• Developing and executing maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases.
• Coding automated test runners for integration-, system-, acceptance- and regression testing, etc

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an Engineering Degree from an accredited university.
• Have experience in test automation with demonstrated experience and ability to write code for the purposes of testing solution code.
• Have experience testing web services (SOAP/REST; Throughput, Performance under Load, etc.)
• Have experience with issue-tracking and agile project management systems such as Jira, Green Hopper, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps etc.
• Have experience working in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Have experience working with virtual machines (VMs) as part of a test/integration infrastructure.
• Have the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
