About Us: Vexcel Imaging US is a leading provider of high-resolution aerial imagery, geospatial data, and innovative photogrammetric software. Our solutions are utilized across various industries worldwide, including government programs, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, environmental, energy & utilities, and mining. We specialize in delivering accurate, digital representations of cities and landscapes through our Vexcel Data Platform (VDP), enabling advancements in AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
Role Overview: As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining software solutions, optimizing applications for performance and scalability, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in C# and experience with Python, HTML, and CSS.
Strong experience with the .NET Framework & .NET Core.
Solid understanding and experience with SQL databases and MongoDB.
Ability to work independently, effectively managing tasks with limited guidance.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Openness to learning and a collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and feedback.
Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL):

Experience in Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Maintain and enhance a diverse codebase consisting of various frameworks, languages, and utilities.
Develop innovative programs to improve internal and cross-team operations.
Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and problem-solving.
Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Take full ownership of projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from development to deployment.
Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
