SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

We have an excellent reputation internationally for our expertise in advanced Integrated Automation and Navigation Systems for both commercial and naval applications. A reputation gained from more than forty years of engineering experience. Ahead we see great opportunities for navy projects, and we are now looking for an experienced Software Developer to take part in our journey and strengthen our R&D team. In this role, YOU will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that will be used on navy vessels, cruise ships, and other large merchant vessels all over the world. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master or Bachelor with focus on software development or similar studies
  • Strong proficiency in object oriented programming languages such as C# or C++
  • Familiarity with development environments such as Azure Devops or Jira and with agile development processes
  • Good understanding of advanced networks is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbally
  • Able to obtain security clearance according to Norwegian National Security Authority regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Software development covering all development phases (plan, design, implement, test, maintain, support) in complex windows-based systems
  • The products you will be developing includes Windows desktop applications, web applications, backend and interface processes, and database applications
