Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with a team of software engineers, both onsite and offsite, to ensure the software meets JLR standards and design intent.
- Interact with Tier 1 suppliers to deliver PHEV On-board Charger Software that integrates into future vehicle programs with high levels of ASIL requirements, meeting agreed program milestones.
- Execute and track charging system software DV and Pass-Off-Test testing, including regression testing for each software delivery.
- Support issue investigations with software teams and suppliers using structured problem-solving techniques to secure robust issue prevention.
- Aid the Software Product Owner and the SW Delivery Squad in delivering project-specific designs, change management, and robust power electronics software development and delivery.
