What you’ll do

• CSG Onboard Trainings - Technical Trainings;
• Participation in Telco introduction training (Will present an overview of Telco services and applications, as part of CSG’s product portfolio and BSS-based customer solutions);
• SV trainings through CSG University;
• Learning and presentation of SV customer project documentation;
• Learning SV user stories through ADO;
• Presentation of SV knowledge and training exercises;
• Participation in SV Scrum team meetings;
• SV team integration (working with architects, developers and testers).
• Performance of individual objectives - Practical assessment.
• Knowledge of CSG product/service portfolio.

You should have

The new interns will be engaged in the intern’s practical program with SV Enablement and Ascendon Enablement, including technical skills required for the Singleview and Ascendon job family.

• Basic knowledge of programming languages
• Customer service skills
• Communication skills
• English Skills
