Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Liaison are looking for a Software Development Team Leader. You will be working in an Agile way to support and enhance a healthcare rostering solution. Leading a small team of experienced Developers and reporting to the Development Manager, you will require strong communication and leadership skills including an ability to engage with business teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Essential:
- Undergraduate level Degree qualification in Computer Science or Software Development (or equivalent)
Desirable:
- Masters level qualification in Software Development (or equivalent)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a software development team
- Contribute thoughts and ideas in daily stand ups to move the project forward
- Help shape the conventions the team uses to ensure high quality code that the whole team understands
- Be responsible for shaping the product as it grows
- Be responsible for providing timescales for pieces of work
- Input new business processes and new technologies
- Be involved in the Sprint Refinement process
- Perform code reviews
- Build API methods
- Build website components that consume API methods
