We are looking for a newly graduated talent to join our Supply Chain Execution team, as a development business analyst.

Based in our fancy Kista office north of Stockholm, you will work in a talented international team. Our team holds a broad range of competences, from application experts to associate product developers. Our team members are driven and friendly colleagues having the same goal to deliver new functionalities in a quality-assured way in a Cloud environment.
You will gradually understand the architecture of a powerful large-scale and complex system. You will gain intuition about business practices across different industries and create technical solutions to address those realities. You will learn skills in system design, quality assurance, and test automation.

Your focus will be design of new functions and features as well as maintenance work. The job also involves analysis, testing, and documentation. You will work closely with our software engineers that are skilled programmers.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Solution analysis and design for new functionality as well as improvement of existing business functionality.
  • Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature.
  • Assist and guide Infor colleagues as an M3 application expert with functional knowledge within an area.
  • Share your ideas with fellow business analysts, collaborate with programmers, discuss new requirements with product managers.

What You Will Need:

  • We are looking for a colleague who has interest or experience from Development work and who is passionate about finding solutions and helping customers to succeed. Any prior experience in M3 is highly valued but not a requirement. Most important is that you:
  • Have an academic degree within business engineering, or systems science.
  • Can creatively address big-picture problems with a detailed-minded solution approach.
  • Can clearly communicate complex and abstract concepts.
  • Are fluent in English.
  • Have a genuine interest and curiosity in coding even if not your comfort zone

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • Qualifying (but not required) with experience from any of the following:
  • ERP systems, preferably M3. As a user or as a developer.
  • Logistics software or working experience in a distribution facility or larger warehouse.
  • General programming knowledge. Being able to read and understand programming code.
