Description:
Azimuth Corporation is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in the National Capital Region in support of a government customer. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in ML Model development, ML Operations, and Applied Data Science. “This position is contingent upon Contract award.”
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Programming in Java.
- Proactively engage fellow CDAO members both inside and outside of your team.
- Develop prototypes for attribute-based access control systems.
- Integrate with relevant systems and standards including, but not limited to, Open Policy Agent, XACML, Keycloak, Active Directory, LDAP, and OpenTDF.
- Prototype intuitive browser-based user interfaces that enable users to quickly understand and use the ABAC paradigm of access management.
- Write documentation describing how the ABAC prototypes can be adapted and utilized by other CDAO programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years experience OR Masters Degree in Computer Science plus 2 years experience.
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- DODD IAT level III certification.
- Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, and at least one more programming language (Java is preferred).
- Strong communications skills:
- Great technical writing skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / TRAVEL
- Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer.
- May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events. Most or all travel would be CONUS.
