Software Engineer

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience as a software developer in Python
• Bachelor’s degree as a software engineer or equivalent education
• Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with an agile development methodology, like Scrum
• Professional proficiency in Norwegian
• Experience working with:
• Django framework or other MVC backend frameworks
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Docker, Kubernetes, GCP/GKE
• Network technology
• JavaScript, React
• Elasticsearch
• RabbitMQ, Celery
• Salt

• Design, develop and maintain the backend API and code infrastructure powering our platform.
• Collaborate with the rest of the developer team to deliver high quality, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions to ensure high quality software delivery.
• Lead user tests and collect feedback from internal users to validate and improve your solution.
• Keep up to date with relevant new technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
