Description:

This position seeks a Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of software solutions at Pareto. Responsibilities include ensuring data security, monitoring system changes, and collaborating with stakeholders. The role requires proficiency in Java/Scala programming, experience with Microservice architecture, and familiarity with event-driven systems like Kafka. Knowledge of Go language is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Java/Scala programming.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and deploying data solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Microservice architecture and event-driven systems like Kafka.
  • Knowledge of Go language is desirable.
  • Have a background in back-end technologies, including API Rest Interfaces & SQL.
  • Experience working with healthcare data, including but not limited to eligibility, claims, payments, and risk adjustment datasets.
  • Strong programming/debugging skills, with a hands-on approach
  • Relevant certifications in AWS or software engineering would be a plus.
