Dabble is an online sports and racing bookmaker (licensed by the NTRC), formed in 2020 and embracing the scaleup journey. Our aim is to disrupt the game with a truly immersive socialised betting experience designed to provide evolutionary entertainment to our punters via genuine interaction and engagement. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a fully remote technology team
  • Experience developing for mobile and web platforms
  • Commercial experience working with Node.js
  • Experience working with React, React Native and relevant frontend technologies
  • Experience working with AWS and/or other major cloud providers
  • A track record of successful project/product implementation

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning, development and maintenance of the frontend and backend codebases
  • Develop maintainable, performant, fit for purpose software in a timely manner
  • Contribute to conversations regarding, but not limited to, software development process, project management (stand-ups/retros) and platform architecture
  • Stay current and provide insight on cutting edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors
  • Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when developing solutions
  • Keep job knowledge up-to-date by studying new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal and professional networks; participating in professional organisations
