Currently, we are looking for an Software Engineer to join our team.

Job description

• Create, configure, set up, design, customize, implement, and troubleshoot Salesforce and Zuora solutions and reports using tools like Zuora Billing, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce development, VisualForce, Apex, Workflows, Java, and HTML.
• Solve and enhance existing business processes involving Salesforce and Zuora integration, including configuring customer accounts, managing subscriptions, orders, accounting periods, and handling invoice templates, communication profiles, and payment pages.
• Identify various options for product catalog configuration based on business needs, and customize quote generation documents and Zuora CPQ sales flows using Apex and Visualforce.
• Onboard new users, troubleshoot common user access and visibility issues, and implement custom payment methods to capture unmanaged packages.
• Set up and manage bill runs, credit and debit memos, payment runs, and refunds, as well as automate workflows like deactivating subscriptions on specific dates.
• Design and create multiple reports across the system, provide estimations, and develop high-level and technical specifications for requirements using knowledge of Zuora Salesforce packages (Z360, Z-Quotes).

Skills and Requirements

• Require a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Require 5 years of experience in roles such as Software Developer/Analyst, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or a related field.
