Working hours: full time, 40h/week
We are currently seeking to employ a motivated and enthusiastic Java Software Engineer to strengthen our team of software and system engineers to develop software for the International Space Station (ISS). The main objective will be to develop software and implement new components in the systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop the next-generation Monitoring & Control System of Columbus, the European laboratory attached to the International Space Station
- Act as a technical lead for the design and implementation of sub-components of the system in compliance with the overall system architecture
- Create technical documentation of implementation in Wiki system and UML Model
- Support proactive evolution of current technology stack throughout the initial development phase and subsequent maintenance phase
