YOU POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/MINDSET

• Extensive experience as a SW Engineer (preferably Java)
• Experience with application operations and platform maturing through non-functional requirements e.g. performance, availability, CI/CD
• Experience with working in a big enterprise setup with a lot of integrations and legacy platforms preferably towards a standard platform.
• Ability to set the direction via hands-on implementations of various features
• Business knowledge about insurance is an advantage
• Pragmatic mindset with a focus on the things that create value and is possible to implement
