Join us as a Software Developer(Full stack)! You’ll research, design, and manage software programs, test and refine new projects, and write high-quality code. We’re looking for tech enthusiasts with a solid grasp of development principles, eager to innovate and embrace new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, full-stack web development, Web APIs, and MS SQL.
• Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for debugging complex issues.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• React
• Next.js
• TypeScript

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively engage in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop, test, and enhance both new and existing applications and integrations, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Create and develop comprehensive technical solution designs for various projects.
• Design and develop APIs for web applications and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
• Identify and recommend product enhancements to elevate customer satisfaction and product usability.
• Propose technical improvements to reduce technical debt and optimize system performance.
• Maintain high-quality code standards, ensuring efficiency, maintainability, reliability, and fitness for purpose.
• Debug and resolve issues in the existing codebase, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
• Follow company coding practices and design patterns to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Conduct thorough testing of programs during and after development using appropriate testing techniques to ensure reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and skill development.
• Positively contribute to the team culture, collaborating with colleagues across the development team and the broader organization to drive success.
