WHAT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE SHOULD YOU BRING?

• 2+ years of experience in developing features using Java.
• Familiar with agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional drive, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborating across teams to understand the system requirements, you will be mentored by senior colleagues.
• Feature development from Design to tests, code review, strong emphasis on perf and quality (will have a buddy from more senior staff - rotating one).
• You will be slowly onboarding to the pager duty, at beginning shadowing more senior guys getting confidence.
• You will be part of the retros
• You will learn about our deployment practices (understanding CI/CD pipelines, being able to execute them.
• Tech stack: Spring framework family (boot, web, web-flux, cloud), Gradle, Jooq; Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, Terraform/Terragrunt, AWS, GCP; GithubActions, ArgoCD; Postgres, Kafka, Redis
