SKILLS YOU BRING TO THE FIELD

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years proven experience in software development, with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a collaborative environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with software development tools and frameworks is a plus.
