You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience with cutting edge technologies and languages. Even while you’re learning new skills, you’ll see your existing skills make an immediate impact for an organization that is growing at a tremendous rate.

What you’ll do

  • Use a suite of new and existing tools to help ensure Genesys Cloud features perform well under Production level load and beyond prior to their release.
  • Help teams with root cause analysis of performance & scalability issues and contribute code to help address these issues.
  • Execute performance test plans for new and existing Genesys Cloud features by leveraging cutting edge tools.
  • We often work with many teams across the Genesys Cloud platform, you will need to effectively communicate and work with other team members when working on features or assisting them with Performance Testing efforts.
