Description:
DESCRIPTION
- Contract position for an Embedded Software Engineer to create low level software and drivers.
- Development for embedded ARM development to build GNU Radio blocks.
- Driver/ Firmware development for Software Defined Radio (SDR) applications.
- GNU Radio blocks support satellite payload design.
- Programming in C / C++ and Python.
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with GNU Radio and experience with building GNU Radio blocks.
- Experience with SDR (software defined radio) application development.
- Experience with Yocto Build environments.
- Experience creating low-level software/drivers for embedded ARM development.
- Exposure to FEC (Forward Error Correction) and ECC (Error Correction Code) technologies.
- Familiarity with CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, and Internet adjacent protocols and buses.
- Programming experience with C/C++ and Python.
