PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Fundamentals, or financial industry highly preferred.
• Experience in big data technologies such as Python, Scala, Spark, Databricks is a plus.
• Experience with large scale messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ or commercial systems is a plus
• Experience with container platforms such as Docker or EKS is a plus

What We’re Looking For:Required Skills:

• Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of strong hands-on development experience in C#, .Net Core and SQL Server.
• Advance SQL programming skills
• Experience working in cloud computing environments such as AWS
• Understanding of database performance tuning in large datasets
• Experience in participating in application design and code reviews
• Excellent logical, analytical and communication skills are essentia

The Team: Our team is responsible for the design, architecture, and development of our Content applications using a variety of tools that are regularly updated as new technologies emerge. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop applications, components, and common services based on development models, languages and tools, including unit testing, performance testing and monitoring and implementation
• Support business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure scalable and robust solutions
• Build data-intensive applications and services
• Build data models, achieve performance tuning and apply data architecture concepts
• Provide operations support to resolve issues proactively and with utmost urgency
• Effectively manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively within specific timeframes
• Communicate effectively, especially verbal and written with the business and other technical groups
