Software Engineer

• Maintaining all the servers, Networking devices, Printers, Software and Hardware.
• Perform planned changes on a regular basis especially during weekends.
• Work with Business/application teams to resolve incidents and implement long term solution.
• Work with engineering team to implement latest solutions to maintain the stability of the infrastructure.
• Maintain inventory list and system documentation and system topology documentation.
• Manage and execute system/application installation, patching, rollouts, releases, and upgrades.
• Maintaining the integrity of the existing infrastructure.
• Facilitating meetings with various technical teams as well as third party vendors
• Knowledge on service management based on ITIL.
• Provide level 1 troubleshooting and support network service.
• Perform system planning, change management tasks, proactively monitor IT systems, and recommend enhancements / upgrades when necessary.
• Monitor and tune system performance and collect performance data. Perform capacity planning and conduct appropriate actions to deal with capacity issues.
• Maintaining the integrity of the existing infrastructure.
• Technical Disaster Recovery plan during DR and DR drill.
• Involved in planning and execution of Disaster Recovery and BCP drills.
• Responsibility for documenting incident RCA report the configuration of the system and System performance tuning.
