MISSION DESCRIPTIONS :

Develop and maintain software applications in line with specified requirements.
Analyze user requirements to devise appropriate software solutions.
Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, business, and systems analysts.
Lead technically on complex projects, utilizing modern technologies and concepts.
Uphold high standards of software quality within the team by promoting good practices and habits.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or bugs, and implement effective solutions.
Document technical processes for reference and reporting purposes.
Keep abreast of new technology trends to maintain expertise in your field.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS :

Obtain a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related field.
Have at least 3 years of experience in Telecommunication industry.
Currently based in Singapore.
Solve complex problems effectively with excellent problem-solving skills.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly with top-notch communication skills.
Lead and contribute to large-scale projects from inception through completion.
Collaborate within agile development teams, leveraging prior exposure to such environments.
Master software development methodologies, tools, and processes with deep knowledge.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with ease.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
